Data and purposes
The contact form collects your name, email, optional telephone number, message, originating page and the technical data strictly necessary to deliver the request. The information is used only to reply, assess a possible professional engagement and protect the service.
Legal basis
Processing is necessary to take pre-contractual steps requested by the data subject and, if an engagement follows, to meet legal obligations. The information is not used for newsletters or profiling.
Recipients and transfers
Necessary hosting and email-delivery providers may process data under appropriate safeguards. Any transfer outside the European Economic Area takes place only under safeguards permitted by the GDPR.
Retention
Enquiries that do not lead to an engagement are retained only as long as needed to respond and manage reasonable follow-up, normally no longer than 12 months. Engagement records are retained for periods required by law and professional duties.
Your rights
You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability or object by contacting the Controller. You may also lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority.
Sensitive information
For an initial enquiry, describe the matter briefly and do not send passports, medical records, official decisions or other sensitive documents until secure arrangements have been agreed.
